Shipping policy
Our store policy clearly states that high-demand items may take 8–16 business days for delivery. The customer placed their order on May 9, 2026 and filed this dispute on May 20, 2026 before the agreed-upon delivery timeframe had expired.
The order was actively being fulfilled within the promised timeframe and a shipping label/tracking number has now been generated for the shipment.
The customer also did not contact our support team prior to opening this dispute to attempt resolution.
